We do not collect personally identifiable information, unless provided by you.
We utilize technologies such as cookies (small files stored by your browser), browser local storage, web beacons, to anonymously identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience. Our systems also log information such as your browser, operating system and IP address.

We do not collect personally identifiable information (name, address, email, etc.) about you except if and when you supply it specifically to us to obtain one of our services (for instance providing us an email address in order to access idaciti applications).

We do not store or share your precise location.

Data idaciti Collects.
idaciti collects and uses data from our registered users, and from visitors to our websites (including blogs), as follows:

  • We track number of visitors: idaciti tracks the number of visitors to idaciti’s website, as well as their IP addresses, the pages they visit within the sites and the hyper-links they use (if any) to leave. This doesn’t involve collection of any personally identifiable information. We use this information to analyze interest in and usage of the website and the application.
  • Data provided through usage: application users would enter data such as ticker symbols or search terms that will be saved in idaciti’s database for the purpose of tracking usage and enhancing product offerings. Users who create an account or log in to the website are providing their name and email address and potentially other any personally identifiable information, which will be retained by idaciti for purposes of creating a personalized visitor experienced for these users.
  • idaciti also uses this information for customer support. We may use contact information to send customers service-related announcements, including newsletters and notices of new service/product offerings. Finally, we generate aggregated information regarding our customer-base and use it to analyze our business. We might share this aggregated statistical information with third parties, but it doesn’t include any personally identifiable information.
  • Blog replies/comments: A customer, user, or visitor may respond to the various blog posts provided throughout the Internet. If the author so chooses, the response may include personally identifiable information, and that information will be posted online along with the rest of the replies. In general, however, we do not recommend that blog replies include personally identifiable information.
  • Storyboard comments: we use the popular commenting system Disqus to enable the commenting capability for public storyboards. If the author so chooses, the comments may include personally identifiable information, and that information will be posted online along with the rest of the comments.

Special situations may require disclosure of your data.
To operate the service, we also may make collected information available to third parties in these limited circumstances: (1) with your express consent, (2) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, (3) when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property, or (4) to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets. Your consent will not be required for disclosure in these cases, but we will attempt to notify you, to the extent permitted by law to do so.

If we make any material changes to our policies, we will place a prominent notice on our website or application.

We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners & like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about which features our users are utilizing in our software and how. Google Analytics collects information anonymously. It reports application trends without identifying individual visitors.
